- LinkMed AB changes name to Allenex AB
- Anders Karlsson becomes new CEO of LinkMed and replaces Ingemar Lagerlöf
- LinkMed acquires Olerup Inc., which becomes part of the Group


 

2010

- In the fourth quarter, LinkMed changed classification on NASDAQ OMX to Life Sciences Tools & Services
- Organizational changes were implemented by LinkMed in the fourth quarter as a result of the company’s new strategic focus.
- In the third quarter, LinkMed announced the company’s shift in strategy to fully focus on its transplantation sector companies
- LinkMed acquires NorDiag’s part of Olerup GmbH and Olerup GmbH becomes a part of the LinkMed Group


2009

- ONCOlog Medical is given FDA clearance to market and sell the PatLog® system in the U.S.
- LinkMed carried out a SEK 91.3 million rights issue
- Olerup International is established and acquires the distribution rights for Olerup SSP’s products from Qiagen
- GmbH, while also gaining the Norwegian biotech company NorDiag as a partner
- Likvor’s CELDA™ product is CE marked.
- Olerup SSP’s HLA typing kits receive clearance from the FDA in the U.S. and the Canadian Health Canada
- LinkMed implements a rights issue of convertible bonds at a value of SEK 84.8 million
- LinkMed acquires a further 50.8 percent of AbSorber, which thereby is included in the group as a subsidiary
- LinkMed has a total of eleven portfolio companies and two wholly-owned subsidiaries


2008

- LinkMed acquires Olerup SSP
- AbSorber receives FDA clearance for XM-ONE®
- OrtoWay’s product OrtoWell™ is CE marked and in clinical use

2007

- LinkMed has a total of 10 portfolio companies
- Pharmacolog is formed through a spin off from ONCOlog Medical
- Likvor – new portfolio company


2006

- Ortoviva (later renamed OrtoWay) – new portfolio company
- Streamlining completed with sale of Pegasus lab
- Monica Caneman appointed as chairman of the Board
- Ingemar Lagerlöf returns to position of CEO
- Company is listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange and an IPO of SEK 210.0 million is conducted

- Recopharma is spun off from AbSorber to develop therapies based on recombinant glycoproteins, while AbSorber focuses on the transplantation field. LinkMed remains part owner of both companies
